 What You'll Need
 Regular paper or cardstock
 Scissors
Toothpicks or small wooden dowels
 Clear tape

 How To Make It
Prepare your favorite cupcake recipe.
Print cupcake toppers on regular paper or cardstock and cut out.
Use tape to attach toothpicks to the backside of each cupcake topper.
Insert cupcake toppers into the top of each cupcake.

 All cutting should be done by an adult.
